Shift Happens is a podcast by the International Impact Forum, created together with Plan Y, a platform that helps make sustainability more accessible and shows how local action can become part of a global movement.

The podcast is for people who are tired of hearing the same sustainability phrases again and again. It speaks to those who are skeptical of greenwashing in business, tech, design, NGOs, or start-ups and who are looking for honest conversations about impact, responsibility, and real change.

Shift Happens captures the atmosphere and energy of the International Impact Forum in a new format and makes it accessible beyond the event itself. It is about shaping impact, sharing perspectives, and asking the right questions, not about having perfect answers.
