Sage Lenier is a climate activist, educator, and nonprofit leader working to transform how the next generation learns about and engages with climate change. Based in New York, she is the founder and Executive Director of Sustainable & Just Future, a youth-led nonprofit focused on making climate education solutions-oriented, equitable, and accessible.

While still a student at the University of California, Berkeley, Sage designed and taught her own course on sustainable solutions, which became one of the largest student-led classes in the university’s history and has since enrolled thousands of learners.

Her work has been featured by outlets such as TIME Magazine, which named her a Next Generation Leader in 2023, and she has spoken at public forums worldwide about climate education that empowers rather than frightens.

Jérémy Genin is Head of Investments and a member of the Investment Committee at Monaco Asset Management, where he has led investment strategy since 2014. Marie-Kell de Cannart is a marine biologist, violinist, sailor and dedicated environmental activist whose work bridges ocean science, music and storytelling to raise awareness for marine conservation. Marisa Drew is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Standard Chartered Bank, where she leads the bank’s sustainability strategy, sustainable finance and net zero delivery efforts. Ambarish Mitra

Co-Founder of Greyparrot & Serial Tech Entrepreneur

Ambarish Mitra is a serial entrepreneur, technologist and investor, best known as Co-Founder of Greyparrot, an artificial intelligence and computer vision company that applies AI-driven waste analytics to accelerate recycling and circular economy solutions. Greyparrot’s technology empowers material recovery facilities and waste management systems with real-time insights, helping to sort and valorise waste at scale.

Before Greyparrot, Mitra co-founded Blippar, one of the UK’s earliest and most disruptive augmented reality and computer vision companies, which was recognised globally for pioneering AR solutions and appeared repeatedly on industry innovation lists.

Karsten Hirsch

CEO, Plastic Fischer GmbH

Karsten Hirsch is CEO and co-founder of Plastic Fischer GmbH, a German social enterprise dedicated to stopping plastic pollution in rivers before it reaches the world’s oceans.

After studying law in Cologne, Hirsch co-founded the company together with friends following a trip to Vietnam, where they witnessed the severe plastic pollution in local rivers — a challenge he aims to address through scalable and cost-efficient solutions.

Under his leadership, Plastic Fischer has developed a simple, locally deployable technology that intercepts plastic directly in rivers, preventing it from entering the oceans.
